How To Redeem Vouchers

Your Transaction has Successfully been completed.

A confirmation of your payment has been emailed to the email you provided. If for what ever reason you do not receive the email please call us on 07802885415 in working opening hours and we will be happy to help. If you have a registered account with Paypal you can check on your confirmation in your back office at www.paypal.com/uk.

So What to do next? .

Select one of the voucher picture vouchers below that you purchased. This will take you to a PDF page where you can download your voucher or print a copy off.
Make your appointment for the treatment you would like by calling. To see a list of our treatments visit our online treatments page here at http://www.raw-beauty.uk/treatments/
Fill out the voucher with your name, transaction number and date you purchased and bring it to us in the salon when you come for your treatment. (Your transaction number will be the number Paypal gives you in the email confirmation or if you have a account with Paypal you can see it in recent activity and select the transaction to see the number)

If you purchased for a friend, loved one or relative.

Select one of the voucher picture vouchers below that you purchased. This will take you to a PDF page where you can download your voucher or print a copy off.
Fill out the voucher with their name, transaction number and date you purchased and advise them to bring it to us in the salon when they come for their treatment. (Your transaction number will be the number Paypal gives you in the email confirmation or if you have a account with Paypal you can see it in recent activity and select the transaction to see the number)
Tell them to visit our online treatments page here at http://www.raw-beauty.uk/treatments/ to select a treatment(s) and they can book their appointment by calling or emailing us.

If you would like us to send it to someone as a special gift on your behalf via the post or email.

Call us on 07802885415 and be ready with the following. The transaction number, date purchased, their name, voucher purchased, email or postal address and special message (I.e birthday, wedding) and we will do the rest.
Email us at rawbeautyappointments@gmail.com. Subject line: Voucher Gift To Be Sent. Then in the email body: The same as above with the necessary details and we will do the rest and email once completed.
If you want sending in the post, please allow time for us to visit the post office on their opening times and it will be send by second class post. If it is for a special occasion please allow delivery time of at least 5 working days. If it has to be delivered next day delivery a small postal fee will apply.
